Saurabh Nigam

Saurabh leads Omidyar Network India's human resource function and is responsible for recruitment, internal culture development and employee engagement initiatives. He also supports Omidyar Network India's investees in their people agenda with a focus on organization design and change management, talent management, and executive coaching.

Saurabh has over 15 years of experience working in early to mid-stage organizations across retail, financial services, IT, ITES, and e-commerce industries. Prior to joining Omidyar Network India, Saurabh worked at Snapdeal as the senior vice president of human resources, where he was responsible for setting up HR practices and formulating and executing the HR strategy in alignment with the organization's vision and goals. He previously worked as vice president at Beroe, where he led strategic HR practices and built a responsive team of HR professionals.

Saurabh graduated from Pune University with a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and telecommunications engineering, and he received a Post Graduate Diploma in personnel management and IR from XLRI.
