Founded in 2007, the organization aims to strengthen the labor ecosystem in the country through technology that supports employers and job seekers alike.

Using statistical analysis, research, and technology, Aspiring Minds conducts computer-adaptive assessments that help students gain greater access to employment opportunities and help recruiters match the right talent to particular jobs.

Support from Omidyar Network will help Aspiring Minds grow its product offerings and expand to new geographies. This will further empower a rapidly growing population of college graduates and catalyze an inclusive employment system in India.
