The Centre for Communication Governance (CCG) is a research centre within National Law University Delhi and is meant to ensure that the Indian legal education establishment engages more meaningfully with communication law and policy, and offers an academic contribution to communication policymaking.

We funded CCG's privacy program, wherein it will research legal aspects of data privacy in India and elsewhere. The program has two strands- Firstly, CCG will study and summarise privacy judgments from major English-speaking jurisdictions. Secondly, CCG will look at India's privacy judgments in the Supreme Court, as well as sector-specific regulations that affect data privacy.
