Govind Shivkumar

Govind is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in Digital Identity.

Prior to joining the firm, Govind was an investment manager at LGT Impact, where his responsibilities included developing investment strategy, deal sourcing, and end-to-end deal execution. During his time at LGT, Govind was involved in several deals, including investments in IMAX Program, Varthana, Sabka Dentist, and Aye Finance.

In previous roles, Govind was an associate at Unitus Capital and was part of the SKS IPO and first institutional capital raise for Bandhan Bank. He also served as an analyst with Citigroup, where he advised clients across Asia-Pacific on capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, andfinancial strategy.

Govind earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified chartered accountant. He is an alumnus of the Berkeley Executive Program in Management from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
