Director's Note: These phenomenal men from Bijak are farmers at heart and undoubtedly from the soul. They want to help build a system that helps each farmer to earn a fair wage for their crop. To help do exactly this, they have developed a technology to scale equality in this sector.

Daya is a visionary with a clear action plan for the future of the agricultural sector. Nikhil is focused on solving the existing problems a farmer faces. Jitender meanwhile, wants to appeal to Indians to be job creators and not job seekers. I found this idea truly empowering. And Mahesh, came across as one of the binding powers in this powerful group of cofounders.

"A smiling farmer means a happy customer," Mahesh said proudly while we were visiting some of the archival footages of Bijak’s achievements on a projector. Clearly, this is one team that is clear about what they find fulfilling.
