Director's Note: I don’t think Jagdeesh has yet realised the gravity of the work he has done for this nation as he believes he has much more to receive. His drive is contagious, his passion is truly empowering. One film cannot do justice to an organization like FES that conquers so much today. I believe this is a sneak preview into the magnificent powerhouse that is FES, run by humble masterminds like Jagdeesh.

The experience filming FES was truly enriching due to a number of powerful discussions on and off-camera with someone like Jagdeesh, who tactically describes situations and scenarios with a sense of humour. His passion for causes reflects in his manner of speaking as he passionately advocates the ecological and social priorities that we need in a country like India. As he was getting his makeup done for the shoot, I was questioning him about wasteland management, which is one of the biggest programs for FES. He looked at me and waved his hand across his face and said, "What you are doing to my face right now is wasteland management, and that’s what we do." Jagdeesh is determined and will teach you what you must know and he will find a way to inspire many more.
